how we see & how we do

 

• Asset oriented practice, unlocking the creativity and potential within individuals and groups that make up community. (I've learned to work with ABCD principles through the ABCD institute, Nurture Development UK, click here for more info!)

• MAP assets within communities (building from within) defining places of resilience, support, connection and collaboration.Empower local residents to become co-creators of their future, rather than clients, customers or consumers of programs and services often implemented through top down approaches.

• Person centered ways to build community: through PATHS and MAPS planning  with the aim to restore old connections and create new allies adding meaning and purpose to life.

• Participatory drama to support people in finding their voice and invent ways to humanise humanity. I've learned to work with participatory drama at: Formaat, Workplace for Participatory Drama, click here for their website!
